Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Diana's Hoyas online store! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Information

1.1. These Terms govern the legal relationship between the Seller (Diana's Hoyas) and the Buyer (you) when placing an order through our website.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates take effect once published on the website.
1.3. The Buyer is responsible for reviewing the Terms before each purchase.

2. Products and Pricing

2.1. Each product is presented with a photo and short description. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
2.2. Product prices are indicated in euros (VAT is not applied).
2.3. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1. Orders are placed via the online form with all required fields completed.
3.2. Payment must be made via bank transfer or other available methods.
3.3. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

4. Delivery

4.1. Orders are delivered within Latvia via parcel lockers, postal services, or other methods.
4.2. Delivery costs and estimated times are provided at checkout.
4.3. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring correct delivery details.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, according to Latvian consumer law – except for perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods such as live plants.
5.2. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing and return the item in its original condition.
5.3. Return costs are borne by the Buyer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

6. Complaints and Disputes

6.1. Any product issues must be reported to the Seller within 7 days of delivery.
6.2. Disputes will be resolved through mutual agreement. If this fails, the case will be settled in a Latvian court.

7. Personal Data Processing

7.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with data protection laws and only for order processing and delivery.

Shipping Policy

Diana's Hoyas offers delivery via trusted couriers.

1. Delivery Methods & Costs 

  • Omniva Parcel Locker: €3.50

  • Latvijas Pasts (Postal Service): €2.50–€5.00 depending on weight

  • Local Pickup: Free (by appointment)

For deliveries outside the territory of Latvia, the shipping cost will be confirmed during order processing. 

(Note: prices may vary depending on tariffs and season. Current prices are indicated at the time of order)

2. Delivery Time

  • Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days depending on location.

3. Important Notes on Plants

  • Plants are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

  • Delivery may be delayed in extreme heat or cold to protect plant quality.

  • Buyers must collect parcels promptly from parcel lockers.

4. Damages or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged or missing goods must be reported within 24 hours, with photo proof if possible.

  • We will investigate and offer appropriate compensation or reshipment.


Returns and Exchanges

At Diana's Hoyas, we strive to provide healthy plants and great service. Please read the return and exchange terms below.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

1.1. Under Latvian law, consumers may return online purchases within 14 days, except for perishable items.
1.2. Live plants are exempt from this right due to their fragile, time-sensitive nature.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

2.1. If a plant arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours at diana@dianashoyas.com.
2.2. Include clear photos of the issue.
2.3. We may offer:

  • A replacement (if available)

  • Full or partial refund

  • Discount for future purchase

3. Return Process

3.1. If return is approved:

  • Product should be returned in original packaging if possible

  • Return method must be agreed with the Seller

3.2. Buyer pays return shipping, unless the fault lies with us.

4. Exchange Conditions for Plants

4.1. Exchanges depend on product availability due to the uniqueness of live plants.
4.2. If identical product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A similar plant or

  • Refund
